Essential Information for CA Cars customers.

On the day authorisation must be gained from CA Cars by the supplier prior to starting work. We will arrange payment details out with the garage directly.

Service Intervals are different on each vehicle:

• On the Fiesta the service is every 12,500 miles or one year period, whichever comes first.

• On the DS3 the service is:
  Every 12,500 miles or one year period, whichever comes first for cars registered until 12/2013;
  Every 16,000 miles or one year period, whichever comes first for cars registered after 1/2014.

• On the Peugeot 208 the service is:
  Every 12,500 miles or one year period, whichever comes first for cars registered until 12/2013;
  Every 16,000 miles or one year period, whichever comes first for cars registered after 1/2014.

• On the Vauxhall Corsa the service is every 20,000 miles or one year period, whichever comes first.

• On the Toyota Yaris the service is every 10,000 miles or one year period, whichever comes first.

• On the Renault Clio the service is every 18,000 miles or one year period, whichever comes first.

Your registration date can be found in your vehicle handbook.

Please book your car in with your local Kwik fit, ATS or local manufacturer.

We will cover all service items; this includes brakes, clutches, bulbs, wiper blades, etc. We will not however, pay for any damages caused whilst you are contracting the vehicle.

If you have taken the car on a used car contract, it is highly likely we will have serviced the vehicle beforehand. Please check with the service book or the sticker placed in the front windscreen.

Remember, it is your responsibility to ensure the car is serviced in line with the service intervals specified. Failure to maintain the vehicle will result in a charge being issued to you for invalidating the warranty.

If your service is due within six weeks of your contract expiring and you wish to return the vehicle, please contact us to confirm our authorisation for the service to be carried out.

 

Tyres replacement for worn tyres is using either Kwikfit or ATS Euromaster.

We authorise tyre replacement at 2mm or under, with the legal limit being 1.6mm. We recommend that you call ahead to check stock availability. Please allow sufficient time for the supplier to order stock if not available on the day.

Any replacement tyres will be budget tyres.

CA Cars tyre policy states that only worn tyres will be authorised. Punctures or accidental damage replacements are not covered.
