COVID 19 Update - Message from our Directors




Dear Customers,


After the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown from 5th November, I wanted to outline how we will be there to help our customers while working within the guidance laid out by Government. We will be fully open as normal but a reduced staffing level.


From the 5th November, our Service department and Car Returns department will still operate as normal as they have been for many months in a secure and Covid safe manner.

Our office and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November however, our staff will be in the office to continue Car Sales and Contracts remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via video chat, telephone and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us.


Customers can still collect a car which has been purchased or contracted either online or via the telephone directly from our office, though the handover will be outside!


All vehicle handovers and returns will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both staff and customer safety.


Our staff remain on hand to assist you via telephone, email or live chat and our websites are fully functional.
