We don’t yet have an online ordering system (but we’re working on it) so we will need to get your car on order over the phone.

This person will become your account manager for the duration of your lease, they’ll be able to help with any queries you may have.

Credit check and bond payment

We will have to perform a credit check to ensure we can provide you with a contract. We try to help everybody but there may be caveats, such as an increased damage deposit or a higher initial rental on the return of your results.

Your first contract with us is subject to a £50 Documentation Fee and the refundable Damage Bond. Subsequent contracts do not carry the £50 documentation fee.

The bond is logged against your vehicle, and upon it’s return at the end of the lease, will either be refunded to you, or used against end of contract invoices.

Complete your paperwork

Your paperwork will be sent over via Docusign for you to fill in. You’ll also need to upload:

  • proof of identification, such as bank statements or utility bill
  • driving license
  • ADI/PDI badge
  • insurance certificate (should you choose to arrange your own cover)

Your first rental will need to be paid 1 week prior to delivery, but your direct debit will be set to be taken 1 month after the delivery date.

Wait for the car

Although we try to ensure our vehicles are with you by 1pm on the delivery day, sometimes there are hiccups, such as traffic or sickness.

When your vehicle arrives with you, check it over with the driver, note any damages you find, such as alloy damage or scratches.
